This is why HELSKE People Care resorts are characterised by original and thoughtful architecture. In addition, the entire concept also take ecological aspects into account, using materials and processes that are not only environmentally friendly, but also sustainable and of the highest quality.

Daniel Richter

Daniel Richter, whose firm is based in Braunlage, Germany, specialises in building hotels and holiday resorts. He brings great passion and an eye for detail to designing modern holiday resorts which offer superior comfort and are sensitively integrated into their surrounding landscape. Richter and the ten-person team he heads have created hotels and holiday resorts all over Germany. The architects also plan administrative and industrial buildings as well as residential buildings and care facilities.

The projects completed by Richter architects to date include various holiday resorts in Winterberg, Braunlage, Binz/Rügen, Westerland, Hörnum/Sylt, Schierke and Torfhaus as well as office and administrative buildings in Wismar, Frankfurt/Oder, Dresden, Itzehoe, Freiberg, Neuss and Schwerin. Daniel Richter is a member of the Advisory Committee to the State Office for Geoinformation and Land Surveying of Lower Saxony.

Patrick Ravassard

Patrick Ravassard is a well-known French interior architect. He studied interior architecture and design at the prestigious École Boulle college of applied arts and crafts in Paris.

He founded the L’Atelier Conseil Group and has over fifteen years of experience as a project manager on multiple real estate projects and business premises development.

He previously worked as head of the Paris-based Mobilitis Project, which focused on planning interior spaces for major real estate projects.

Patrick Ravassard

Patrick Ravassard is a well-known French interior architect. He studied interior architecture and design at the prestigious École Boulle college of applied arts and crafts in Paris.

Hana Rifai

Hana Rifai is a well-established architect and interior architect. In recent years, she has been working on designing interior spaces from her studio. She previously worked with Slovakian studios such as Atelier Kusa, Archatelier, Endorfine and Glamour interiors.

Her sensitive approach is distinguished by her functional, well-thought-out organisation and the emphasis on the consistent processing of details. At the same time, she strives to find sustainable solutions that can endure for generations. She also addresses architectural challenges at a theoretical level, as an author for various trade journals.

Miloslav Dulik

Miloslav Dulik founded the OSA studio in Poprad, Slovakia, which is known for its diverse works spanning single family homes and multiple family dwellings as well as cultural and commercial buildings.

Thanks to its pioneering and innovative philosophy, the studio has developed from a well-known architecture firm to a multiple award-winning, interdisciplinary design studio.

As a recipient of numerous prizes and awards from the Slovak Chamber of Architects, including the prestigious CEZAAR award and Building of the Year 2010, as an architect and designer Miloslav has made a significant contribution to the OSA studio’s many projects and to its image as a highly respected design company.

Our resorts

Helske People Care resorts are always beautifully situated. Each resort is open and extends over an area of up to approx. 15 km, with the adjoining town or city integrated as a component of the resort.
